Natalie Mlaskoch is one of our long time agents at United Country.  She started her working career managing retail stores, then held her insurance license until joining the United Country team in 1997. The original United Farm offices were started by her parents- Verne and Cathie Jensen in 1984. Her and her brother Tom purchased this family real estate business in 1999 from their parents and operated as United Country Banning Jct. Real Estate. Natalie and Tom owned and operated these offices until 2022. Becky Foster Marketing Manager

Becky Foster was born in the Pacific Northwest, grew up in Wisconsin’s dairy land, found love in the Arizona desert, and now raises her four sons alongside her husband in Cloquet, Minnesota, where they appretiate being so near the north shore of beautiful Lake Superior and all the beauty this state has to offer.

Becky has her Associate's Degree in Business Management and spent a decade working in the corporate side of the hospitality industry. After spending five years as a stay-at-home mom, Becky joined our team in April 2021 as the Office Manager of our Moose Lake office while her husband goes back to school to further his medical career.

In her free time, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and painting. 

Cassie Petersen Office Manager

Cassie joined United Country Real Estate in 2022 as the Office Manager of our Finlayson location. She grew up in this area, raised her two children here, and enjoys all the natural beauty that our rural region has to offer. In her free time, Cassie likes to create delicious baked goods, as well as adventure through our local state parks with her dog, Riley Jean.

Rick Lewis has lived in the Moose Lake/Sturgeon Lake area for much of his life. He had an early career in real estate and then returned to it in 2012. Kelly started with United Country Banning Jct Real Estate in 2011 after replying to an ad for an Office Manager position that listed "marketing" as one of the job duties and she has been with United Country Real Estate ever since!  As Office Manager, Kelly had her fingers in as much of the day-to-day as she was allowed - everything from answering phones to data entry of new listings, to processing sale files, to communicating with buyers, sellers, closing companies and agents, to marketing and advertising, to shoveling snow and taking out the garbage!  The ever-changing real estate market and almost daily changes in technology kept her on her toes and she enjoys the fast-paced, high-demand atmosphere that can be found in real estate. So much so, in 2020 she finally decided to work towards getting her real estate license and became licensed in the fall of 2020. 

After a year or so of working this side of the business, she decided she would like to eventually purchase the company as part of her "10-year plan."  That 10 year goal got fast-tracked to a 1 year plan as she purchased the business and both locations in the summer of 2022. At this time, United Country Banning Jct Real Estate was rebranded as United Country Real Estate | Minnesota Properties as it better defines the large area in Minnesota that our agents and offices cover.
